国外促进女性参与科技的政策措施综述及启示

摘要

通过研究欧盟与韩国促进女性参与科技的相关政策措施及实施情况,借以比较分析我国的政策现状,发现我国存在部分政策缺失、相应政策体系不健全和女性组织作用未充分发挥等问题,为此提出改革政府层面相关机构设置、完善女性组织体系以及一系列具体政策措施.%Based on the review of the policies in European Union and Korea, we analyze our own policies and find unsoundness of the related policy system. Also we find that the function of women's organizations has not been given fully play . With these analyses, this paper put forward some suggestions to solve problems, such as reforming some government organizations, perfecting women's organizations' system and series of specific policies.
