创新型女性管理者在女子高校发展中的作用

     

摘要

Innovative administrators play a crucial role in an university's implementing the innovation-driven strategy and increasing its innovative capability. The gender consciousness fostered in a women's university facilitates female administrators'dismissing outdated mentalities and stereotypes, and the optimized external environment is conducive to their fulfilling the innovative potential. Innovative female administrators adhere to people-oriented educational principle, which can help to create a liberal teaching and learning environment and cultivate innovative talents. And their flexible management, which can stimulate each individual's potential and creativity in a team, plays a significant role in the development of women's university. Female administrators'innovative ability should be further enhanced through internal drive and external impetus.%创新型管理人才是实施创新驱动发展战略、提高高校创新能力的关键因素.女子高校强化的社会性别意识有助于女性管理者打破传统思维的禁锢,优化的外部成长环境有利于女性管理者创新能力的发挥.创新型女性管理者"以人为本"的教育理念,能够营造宽松的育人环境,培养创新型人才,其"柔性"的管理风格,能够激发团队个体的潜能和创造力,在女子高校发展中发挥着重要的作用. 要通过内在驱动和外部助力进一步提高女性管理者的创新能力.
