党的三代中央领导集体与祖国统一大业

摘要

以毛泽东为核心的第一代中央领导集体确定了用和平方式解决港、澳问题的方针，对台湾问题经历了一个从武力统一到和平统一的认识过程；以邓小平为核心的第二代中央领导集体，进一步提出了“一国两制”的科学构想，把和平统一的政策上升到了理论高度，同时不承诺放弃武力实现统一；以江泽民为核心的第三代中央领导集体，在争取香港、澳门顺利回归同时，坚持并发展了“一国两制”解决台湾问题的政策，本着有理、有利、有节原则，与“台独”势力进行坚决斗争的同时，重申了一个中国原则下，海峡两岸就任何问题都可以谈的基本主张。%The first group of leadership of CPU cored by Mr.Mao Zedong determined the policy that Honk Kong and Macau should be solved by way of peace.The problem of Taiwan underwent the process of cognition from forceful reunification to peaceful reunification.The second group of leadership cored by Den Xiaoping further put forward the scientific proposition of “one country,two systems”which rose up the policy of the reunification of the motherland to theory and did not promise to give up realizing Taiwan′ reunification by force at the same time.The third group of leadership cored by jiang Zeming realized the smooth return of Hong Kong and Macau and insisted on the principle of “one country,two systems”.In the spirit of the principle of ‘on just grounds,to our advantge and with restraint,they fought against the forces of Taiwan independence while putting forward the proposal that under the concept of one China,save the independence anything can be dicussed across the Taiwan strait.
