关于师范院校工科专业人才培养的几点思考

摘要

培养适销对路、创新型的专业人才是大学工科专业的培养目标，师范院校由于其自身的特点，工科专业人才培养存在先天不足．培养方式上由工科研究型过渡到工科应用型，办学模式上由学校“自己动”走向学校、企业、社会联动，课程设置上由专业对口转向社会适应等措施，成为新形势下师范院校工科人才培养目标的重要措施．%the cultivation of market-orierted, innovative talents is the professional target of university engineering majors. Teachers colleges and universities,because of the in own characteristics, have some short pointo in professional engineering personnel training some important measures should be employed to improve inter-displinary talents on Bingineering majors in these colleges,including the change of training purpose from engineering research to its application;the shift of school modl from traditional ones to society-eooperative ones,and the adjustmert of professional courses.
