The effects of the basic nitrogen compounds on the catalytic performance of different types of catalysts were investigated, taking pyridine and quinoline as the model compound by changing its mass fraction in the raw materials. The results show that quinoline takes more poisoning effect on catalysts than pyridine, and the latter has small contribution to the yield of coke while the former has significant contribution. The USY catalyst has a good tolerance on the poison of pyridine while the ZSM-5 catalyst is sensitive to the nitrogen concentration of pyridine. But they are affected by the quinoline similarly. Ethyl-ene is mainly generated from thermal cracking reaction over USY catalyst while it from thermal cracking and catalytic cracking reaction over ZSM-5 catalyst.%以吡啶和喹啉为模型化合物,通过改变其在原料中的质量分数,考察碱性氮化物对不同类型催化剂催化性能的影响.结果表明:喹啉对催化剂的毒害作用比吡啶严重,而且后者对焦炭产率贡献较小,而喹啉则会造成焦炭产率明显增加;USY型催化剂对吡啶有更好的耐受性,ZSM-5型催化剂对吡啶含量的增加较为敏感,但二者受喹啉的毒害作用基本相同;在USY型催化剂上,乙烯的生成主要是热裂化反应的结果,而在ZSM-5型催化剂上,乙烯的生成是热裂化和催化裂化共同作用的结果.
