为了优化V带传动的带轮质量最轻和中心距最小双目标.运用Matlab优化工具,采用多目标优化方法对普通V带传动进行设计,建立以带轮质量(最轻)和中心距最小为综合目标的优化数学模型,并运用权重因子将多目标转化成单目标优化问题.与传统设计结果比较,A型带带轮质量和减小61%,中心距减小了53%,B型带带轮质量和减小了34.5%,中心距减小55.8%,优化效果明显.%The traditional design of classical V-belt drive is complicated and without using optimization theory; so it is hard to achieve expected optimal result. This article introduces the multiobjective optimal design of classical V-belt drive based on optimization tool-Matlab. According to this method, the optimal mathematical model is built, which targets smallest quantity and shortest center distance. The results show obvious optimization effect. Compared to the traditional design, the V-belt design becomes simpler and more applicable.
