既有建筑加装电梯对结构部分构件的影响

         

摘要

针对既有多层住宅楼加装电梯工程,利用结构分析软件SAP2000中的反应谱函数对该建筑进行地震作用效应的模拟.分析结果表明:通过加装电梯,对结构整体抗震性能影响并不明显,但对部分构件的内力会有较大的影响,特别是靠近电梯一侧的构件,这些构件内部应力随楼层的增加而增大,随距电梯井的距离增大而减小.%The article aims at adding extra lift shaft on a multistorey existing concrete building, using the response spectrum function of the structure analyzing program SAP2000 to simulate the influence of earthquake.According to the results of simulation, the influence on the whole structure due to seismic performance is not obvious by the addition of the lift;but on the internal force of some components, it will have more impacts, especially, for the components close to the adding lift, with the increase of the floor, the stress increase;and with the increase of the distance from the lift, the stress decrease.
