湖北产蜘蛛抱蛋质量标准研究

摘要

对湖北产蜘蛛抱蛋药材(阴干根茎)的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、薄层色谱、性状、形态、生境、显微结构、化学成分进行定性定量的研究,为湖北产蜘蛛抱蛋质量标准的制定提供一定的依据.常规检查项目按2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)ⅨH 水分测定法中的烘干法、附录ⅨK灰分测定法、附录ⅩA浸出物测定法以及附录ⅥB薄层色谱法进行检查,植物形态、显微结构和药材性状通过常规的显微镜技术和直接观察进行鉴别,其生境通过文献调研和实地考察进行归纳总结,利用化学显色反应对其主要化学成分进行鉴别.结果表明,10批蜘蛛抱蛋样品测定的平均值为:水分12.64%、总灰分6.4%、酸不溶性灰分0.7%、醇溶性浸出物4.8%、薄层色谱显色良好,斑点清晰;性状特点鲜明,容易区分,显微结构给出了在各个生长周期普遍存在的特征性结构,给出了本属植物主要的形态特点;通过鉴别,本品主要化学成分为甾体皂苷,同时对个别检查的限度项提出了建议.研究结果为湖北产蜘蛛抱蛋质量标准的制定提供了一定的依据.%In order to supply a basis for establishing the quality standard.To determine the moisture,total ash,insoluble ash,extract,thin-layer chromatography,habitat,form,characters,microstructure and con-stituents of Aspidistra medicinal materials from Hubei by various methods of quantitative and qualitative anal-ysis.The Conventional items were detected according to the C.P.And the form,characters,and microstruc-ture are determinated by microscope,direct observation and research study.The habitat was summarized by literature research and field investigation.The main chemical components are identified by chemical color re-action.The average contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extractive 12.75%,6. 4%,0.7% and 4.8%,respectively.Thin layer chromatography showed good color,the traits are clear,the characters are distinctive and easy to distinguish,the microscopic structure gave the characteristic structure which was prevalent in each growth cycle,and the main morphological characteristics of this genus are given, steroidal saponins was the main chemical constituents of this product.These results provide references for for-mulating the quality standard.
