从案例分析看企业专利竞争情报活动的特点

This paper studied 11 cases of business patent competitive intelligence activities, whichinvolved patent application, patent protection, patent technical trade and patent forewarned systems, andpointed out on this basis, a large number of public patent information can be used , but must be legal.%本文列举了企业在专利申请、专利保护、专利技术贸易和专利“预警”系统等方面的专利竞争情报活动的11个案例，在分析这些案例的基础上指出：企业在专利竞争情报活动中克敌制胜的关键是巧妙地但同时是合法地利用大量公开的专利情报，以便在激烈的市场竞争中挫败竞争对手，保护企业自身的权益。
