基于谱分布估计和损伤一致性理论的动车组载荷谱校准方法研究

     

摘要

本文对轨道车辆线路实测载荷谱及应力谱展开研究,对已有基于损伤一致性的载荷谱校准方法进行有效修正,并利用威布尔分布和对数正态分布的组合分布进行载荷谱分布估计、实测载荷理论最大值估计、载荷谱扩展,从而实现对实测载荷谱的校准。将校准结果与损伤一致性载荷谱校准方法进行比较,充分证明组合分布对载荷谱分布估计的有效性和扩展载荷谱在轨道车辆载荷线路实测中的重要作用,从而提出利用组合分布对载荷谱分布估计的校准方法。%The measured load spectra and stress spectra of rail vehicles running on railway lines were studied . The existing load spectrum calibration method based on damage consistency was modified effectively . Estima-tion of load spectrum distributions , theoretical maximum estimation of measured loads and load spectrum ex-pansion were conducted by combination of Weibull distribution and lognormal distribution to realize calibration of measured load spectra . Comparing the calibration results with the results of the damage-consistent calibra-tion method , the effectiveness of combined distribution for load spectrum estimation and the importance of load spectrum expansion in on-line load measurement were fully proved . The calibration method based on combined distribution for estimation of load spectrum distributions was put forward .
