隧道工程中水性渗透结晶型防水材料的应用研究

             

摘要

The Waterborne Capillary Crystalline Waterproof Material is a new type of liquid waterproof agent, which has been receiving extensive attention for its convenience and efficiency.This paper fully revealed the chemical function of both waterproof agent and catalyzer in the Waterborne Capillary Crystalline Waterproof Material by studying the relevant reaction mechanism of the material.The existence of some corresponding products was verified by SEM experiment.The improvement effect of the material on the anti-permeability of both shotcrete and and formworking concrete was compared through the impermeability test,which can be ex-plained by the difference of meso-structures.Based on the effect of the material on the strength of concrete,the reasonable timing to apply the material was proposed.In the end,the feasibility and reliability of the water-proofing agent were verified in practical water leakage treatment of Qianshan tunnel of Hefei-Fuzhou high-speed railway.Overall,the study can provide a reference for similar water leakage disease treatment of tunnels.%水性渗透结晶型防水材料是一种新型的液态防水材料,该材料以其自身便捷、高效的特点正在受到越来越多的关注.本文通过对水性渗透结晶型防水材料相关反应机理的研究,揭示了该材料中防水剂与催化剂的化学功能,利用 SEM电镜扫描手段验证了相应生成物的存在;通过抗渗试验对比了该材料对喷射混凝土与模筑混凝土抗渗能力的提升效果,并从细观层面上解释了两者的差异;在考虑该材料对混凝土强度影响的基础上提出该材料的合理施作时间;最后通过合福高速铁路武夷山站前山隧道进口段处典型渗漏水病害的处理验证了水性渗透结晶型防水材在隧道工程应用的可行性与可靠性.研究对于治理类似隧道渗流带来的病害有很好的参考价值.
