凶险性前置胎盘患者的并发症相关临床特点及护理方法

摘要

Objective To observe the Clinical features of complications in pregnant women with dangerous placenta previa, and summarize the nursing methods.Methods 60 cases of dangerous placenta previa patients were corrected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013. Then analyzed the Clinical features of complications in these patients, and corresponded the nursing measures.Results 38 patients with complications were cured for 5~45 days . the neonatal survival rate was 100%. ConclusionThe dangerous placenta previa patients with complications need close observation and effective nursing intervention, in order to promote the recovery of parturient.%目的：观察凶险性前置胎盘患者并发症的相关临床特点，总结护理方法。方法选取2010年1月～2013年12月收治的60例凶险性前置胎盘患者的并发症情况进行观察和分析，并总结相应的护理措施。结果出现并发症的患者经住院治疗5～45 d后痊愈出院，62例新生儿存活率达100%。结论对于出现并发症的凶险性前置胎盘患者需进行严密观察和有效护理干预，以促进产妇恢复。
