屈螺酮炔雌醇片在左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统放置后预防治疗阴道不规则出血的效果

摘要

目的：分析屈螺酮炔雌醇片在左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统放置后预防治疗阴道不规则出血的临床效果。方法将2011年10月～2013年10月接诊的160例放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统的患者作为研究对象，随机均分为研究组与对照组，各自80例，其中研究组在放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统后随即口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗，而对照组则不给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片。对两组患者放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统后随访3个月，并在随访第1、2、3个月时观察记录患者阴道不规则出血及痛经缓解情况，并对比分析两组患者相关指标。结果两组患者随访3个月期间，研究组阴道不规则出血总发生率明显低于对照组，满意率明显优于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者在痛经缓解率上并无显著性差异。结论患者放置左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片可以缓解患者痛经发生率，同时降低阴道不规则出血发生率，提高患者满意度，值得借鉴。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets Mirena placed in prevention and treatment of vaginal irregular bleeding after the.Methods In our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013, 160 patients with Mirena as the research object, randomly divided into study group and control group, each 80 cases, the research group in the Mirena immediately after the oral Qu Luo ketone Ethinylestradiol Tablets treatment, while the control group was not given Qu Luo ketone Ethinylestradiol Tablets. 3 months of follow-up of two groups of patients with Mirena, and in the follow-up of first, 2, and 3 months were observed vaginal irregular bleeding and pain relief, and comparative analysis of relevant indicators of two groups of patients.Results The two groups during the follow-up period of three months, the study group irregular vaginal bleeding incidence was significantly lower than the control group, the satisfactory rate was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant between group comparison(P<0.05); the two group patients in remission rate was no significant difference in dysmenorrhea . Conclusion Mirena patients subsequently oral drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets cansignificantly relieve the patients incidence of dysmenorrhea, irregular vaginal bleeding and reduce the incidence rate, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of reference.
