HPLC法测定中药材紫苏子中迷迭香酸的含量

         

摘要

Objective To detect the content of Rosmarinic Acid in traditional Chinese medicinal materials of fructus perillae based on HPLC.Methods Chromatographic column was Kromstar C18; the mobile phase was methyl alcohol: 0.1% formic acid solution(40:60); the detection wavelength was 330 nm. Results The linear range of the concentration of Rosmarinic acid in fructus perillae was 0.04~0. 2mg/mL.The average recovery rate was 99.85%; RSD=1.47%(n= 9).Conclusion It is featured as simplicity, accuracy and fine reproducibility, which it can be regarded as the quality control index of fructus perillae.%目的 建立HPLC法测定中药材紫苏子中迷迭香酸含量的方法.方法 色谱柱为KromstarC18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(40:60),检测波长为330 nm.结果 紫苏子中迷迭香酸的浓度在0.04~0.2 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.85%,RSD=1.47%(n=9).结论 该法简便、准确,重现性好,可用作紫苏子的质量控制指标.
