多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能影响

摘要

Objective Analysis of doxofylline and tiotropium bromide powder combined treatment effect on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary. Methods From September 2012 to November 2014,inJinan Third People's Hospital received a total of 124 cases patients with COPD, and were randomly divided into study group and control group,62 cases of each. The control group of patients were with doxofylline treatment,and study group of patients took doxofylline with tiotropium bromide powder combined treatment. Then give the comparative analysis of pulmonary function of the patients in the study group and control group. Results In the study group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05);after clinical treatment,patients in the study groups,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC levels were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion chronic obstructive pulmonary disease take doxofylline with tiotropium bromide powder combined treatment,can make the patients pulmonary function obviously improved.%目的：研究多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2012年9月～2014年11月接收的患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者124例，并随机分为研究组与对照组，各62例，对照组在常规治疗基础上给予患者多索茶碱进行治疗，研究组则在对照组患者基础上联合噻托溴铵粉进行治疗，对比分析研究组与对照组患者肺功能改善情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显要比对照组高（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，研究组患者的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平明显要比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病采取多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉进行治疗，可以使患者肺功能得到明显改善，使治疗效果进一步提高。
