微波妇科综合治疗仪联合药物护理干预治疗宫颈糜烂的临床分析

摘要

目的：研究分析微波妇科综合治疗仪联合药物护理干预治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法选择患有宫颈糜烂的患者100例进行研究分析，所有患者均采取METI-IVC多功能微波治疗仪实施治疗，并且在手术之后均实施宫颈的药物护理干预。结果患者在实施微波治疗联合药物护理干预后，其伤口均短期愈合，其伤害性并发症（出血、白带增多、小腹和腰部疼痛）少见，患者的预后良好，总有效率高达96%（96/100）。结论微波妇科综合治疗仪联合药物护理干预治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著，患者预后良好，伤害性并发症少见，伤口预后时间短。%Objective To study the clinical effect of microwave synthetic therapy instrument combined with drug nursing intervention in treating the cervical erosion.Methods 100 cases of patients suffering from cervical erosion were randomly selected as subjects. All patients received the treatment of microwave synthetic therapy instrument combined with drug nursing intervention.Results After the treatment, the cervical erosion patients got the wound healing with short-term time, no traumatic complications(bleeding, increased vaginal discharge, abdominal and flank pain)and high total effective rate (96%).Conclusion The microwave treatment with drugs and nursing intervention model for the cervical erosion patients, can effectively enhance the operation quality and reduce the incidence of complications, and greatly improve the quality of life of patients, should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
