耐异烟肼和利福平结核病患者发生药物不良反应的临床观察

Objective To Analyze "isoniazid resistance " and "RFP" TB drug adverse effects occur during the treatment of drug adverse reaction. Methods 36 patients in our hospital were treated by comprehensive therapy, adverse reactions were recording during the treatment time, the effect of each organ systems,such as analysis of the relationship between the occurrence of adverse reactions and the sex, age, weight, etc.Results In 36 patients, there were 20 cases of adverse reactions in patients with anti tuberculosis drugs, the incidence rate was 55.56%, the adverse reaction in the gastrointestinal tract, adverse reactions occurred with weight related, gender, age.Conclusion Anti tuberculosis drug adverse reactions have serious impact on resisting the isoniazid and rifampicin TB patients cured, should develop a new generation of anti tuberculosis drug as soon as possible, control resistant to isoniazid and rifampicin the development of tuberculosis.%目的：分析探讨耐“异烟肼”和“利福平”结核病患者在治疗过程中发生药物治疗不良反应的相关情况。方法对36例患者采用综合药物治疗，记录患者治疗过程中出现不良反应的时间、各器官系统的影响等，分析不良反应的发生与性别、年龄、体重等的关系。结果36例患者中有20例患者出现抗结核药物不良反应，发生率为55.56%，以胃肠道不良反应为主，不良反应的发生与体重、性别、年龄等有关。结论抗结核药物的不良反应严重影响耐“异烟肼”和“利福平”结核病患者的治愈情况，应尽快研发新一代抗结核药物，控制耐“异烟肼”和“利福平”结核病的发展。
