目的：探究对顽固性面瘫患者实施电针配合三棱针点刺放血治疗的临床效果。方法临床纳入2013年7月～2014年9月间治疗的顽固性面瘫患者124例，按随机投掷法进行分组，对照组62例行电针疗法，研究组62例以电针结合三棱针点刺放血进行治疗，对比两组间生活质量及临床效果。结果治疗后研究组生活质量相比对照组有所改善（P＜0.05）；治疗后研究组总有效率为82.26%，高于对照组的61.29%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论电针配合三棱针点刺放血治疗顽固性面瘫，明显增加了患者的治疗效果，提高了生活质量。%Objective To explore clinical effect of electric acupuncture cooperate with triangular needle prick bloodletting therapy on intractable facial paralysis.Methods 124 cases of intractable facial paralysis patients treated in our hospital from July 2013 to September 2014 were divided into two groups, according random throwing method. The control group, 62 cases patients were treated by electric acupuncture therapy, and the research Group,62 cases were with electric acupuncture treatment cooperated with triangular needle prick bloodletting treatment. The compare the quality of life and clinical effect between the two groups.Results After the treatment, quality life of the research Group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The Total rate of research Group was 82.26%, which was higher than that of the control group61.29%(P<0.05).Conclusion E electric acupuncture cooperate with triangular needle prick bloodletting therapy on intractable facial paralysis can significantly increase the cure rate of patients, improve the quality of life.
