河南平顶山地区居民饮食结构与2型糖尿病关系的调查

             

摘要

目的:调查河南省平顶山地区居民饮食结构与2型糖尿病情况。方法选择2013年2月~2015年7月河南省平顶山地区600名居民纳入调查,调查内容主要包括饮食结构与2型糖尿病发病情况。结果600名居民中每日人均膳食中乳类、油脂类、蛋类摄入量偏高,谷类、豆类摄入量偏低。非条件Logistic回归模型显示油脂类摄入量、年龄、肥胖、豆类摄入量是导致居民糖尿病发生的主要独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论河南省平顶山地区居民饮食结构存在不合理状况,是导致2型糖尿病发病的主要因素之一,要积极进行饮食控制干预。%Objective To investigate the diet structure and type 2 diabetes in the Pingdingshan area.Methods From February 2013 to July 2015, 600 Pingdingshan area residents were included in the survey to investigate the diet structure and type 2 diabetes.Results The intake of 600 residents dairy, fats and oils were highe, and the intake of eggs, cereals, legumes per capita daily were low in diet. Logistic regression model showed oil and fat intake, age, obesity, beans intake is an independent risk factor leading to the main intake of legumes residents of diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion The diet structure of Pingdingshan area residents were irrational, which is one of the main factors leading to the onset of type 2 diabetes, and it is important to get the diet structure undercontrol actively.
