β-连环蛋白和DNMT1在子宫内膜腺癌中表达的关系及意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of 3-catenin and DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1) and their relationships with the clinicopathological factors of endometrial adenocarcinomas. Methods The expressions of 3-catenin and DNMT1 were examined in 86 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues using immunohistochemistry. Results In 86 cases of endometrial adenocarcinomas, The ectopic expression of 3-catenin was observed in 54 cases (54/86,62.80%). The ectopic expression of 3-catenin was correlated with the poor differentiation of endometrial adenocarcinomas (P = 0.034). The expression of DNMT1 were negative in normal endometrium tissues,but positively expreseed in many cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues (38/86,44.19%). The positive expression of DNMT1 was correlated with the poor differentiation (P = 0.027) and high FIGO stage (P = 0.027) of endometrial adenocarcinomas. The ectopic cy-toplasmic expression of 3-catenin was significantly correlated with the positive expression of DNMT1 (r = 0.588, P < 0.001). Conclusions The ectopic expression of 3-catenin was correlated with the poor differentiation of endometrial adenocarcinoma; the positive expression of DN-MT1 was correlated with the poor differentiation and high FIGO stage of endometrial adenocarcinomas. The cytoplasmic accumulation of 3-catenin was correlated with the expression of DNMT1.%目的 探讨β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)和DNA甲基转移酶1(DNMT1)在子宫内膜腺癌中表达的关系和意义.方法 采用免疫组化方法检测β-catenin和DNMT1在86例子宫内膜腺癌中表达情况.结果 在86例子宫内膜腺癌中,有54例标本(54/86,62.80％)出现β-catenin的异常表达,并与子宫内膜癌的低分化程度相关(P=0.034).DNMT1在正常子宫内膜腺体中未见表达,而在子宫内膜腺癌中则出现了阳性表达( 38/86,44.19％),并与子宫内膜腺癌的低分化程度(P=0.027)和高FIGO分期(P=0.027)相关.β-catenin的异常表达与DNMT1的表达显著相关(r=0.588,P＜0.001).结论β-catenin的异常表达与子宫内膜腺癌的低分化程度相关;DNMTI的阳性表达与子宫内膜腺癌的低分化和高FIGO分期相关;DNMT1与β-catenin的异常表达正相关.
