从严治党：中国特色廉政建设道路的核心

Given long-term governance by the Communist Party of China, the Party typically exerts great or e- ven decisive powers to exemplify, to lead, and to affect in the healthy development of social life, especially true for integrity upholding. The core of the path of integrity upholding with Chinese Characteristics is to adhere to strict Party management. At present, there still exist some tangible and intangible obstacles against strict Party manage- ment such as ideological barriers, vested interest disturbance, and the lack of institutional innovation. The basic approach for adherence to strict Party management is to focus on the institutional and mechanism issues of strict Par- ty management, especially concentrate on the study of institutional innovation that adapts to the new changes of situ- ations.%在中国共产党长期执政的条件下,党对社会生活健康发展的示范力、引导力、作用力,往往具有举足轻重的甚至是决定性的作用,在廉政建设上更是如此。中国特色廉政建设道路的核心,就是坚持从严治党。目前在从严治党上还存在着一些有形无形的思想障碍、既得利益困扰、制度创新缺失等。坚持从严治党的基本思路,就是着眼于从严治党的制度机制问题,尤其是着重研究适应新形势变化的制度创新问题。
