The manufacturing method of a road boundary block using the core material for a road boundary block comprises the steps of putting a mold provided with projected hoops to form a hanging projection by a protection on one side, spreading a pavement protection pallet provided with a various shaped tile arrangement rugged surface on the base, inserting tiles between the tile arrangement rugged surface of the pavement protection pallet, inserting core materials for a road boundary block into the mold and placing cement mortar primarily, inserting general core materials into the mold filled with the cement mortar and placing cement mortar secondarily, vibrating the mold filled with the cement mortar using a high-speed vibrator and tamping the cement mortar in the mold, carrying the mold filled with the cement mortar to a steam curing room and curing at 75°C for 8 hours.
