云盖山矿井水中溶解有机质三维荧光光谱特征分析

         

摘要

以云盖山一矿为例,利用三维荧光光谱进行了溶解性有机物(Dissolved Organic Matter,DOM)荧光光谱特性的初步分析。结果表明:研究区矿井水中DOC浓度差异不大(2.277~4.104 mg/L),但石门矿井水中UV254是其他水样的3.0~4.3倍;所有矿井水SUVA值均〈3 L/(m.mg),表明其来源是内源的或者缺少陆源的有机质;矿井水中有机物荧光强度普遍不高,而不同矿井水DOM主荧光峰强度差异较大,Peak A只出现在顶板裂隙水,Peak F只出现在石门矿井水中,Peak B,Peak C和Peak D在各采样点矿井水中均有出现,Peak E出现在有人类活动的石门和轨道巷区域;色氨酸类蛋白质荧光强度与DOC浓度线性相关度较高(R2=0.999 1),酪氨酸类蛋白物质荧光强度与DOC浓度呈负相关(R2=0.527 9);类蛋白和类腐殖质荧光强度的比值r显示顶板裂隙水受污染程度最低,石门矿井水受污染程度最高。%In Yungaishan No. 1 Mine, three-dimensional excitation emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy (3DEEM) was applied to characterize the fluorescence properties of dissolved organic matters in coal mine water. The results show that the DOC concentrations have no significant difference(2. 277 -4. 104 mg/L) in all mine water,and the value of UV254 in rock crosscut mine water is 3.0 - 4.3 times higher than that in other mine water samples. The values of SUVA are less than 3 L/( m · mg) in all mine water, which shows that the organic matters are endogenous organic matters and lack of terrestrial organic matters. The fluorescence intensities are not high in all mine water, and have big difference. Peak A and Peak F appeare in roof crevice water and rock crosscut mine water respectively, and Peak B, Peak C and Peak D appeare in all mine water, and Peak E appeares in rock crosscut and track roadway, and there had wastewater discharge by human for coal mining. There are high linear relationship between tryptophan-likeor- ganie matter fluorescence intensity and the concentration of DOC (R2 = 0. 999 1 ). There is negative correlation between tyrosine-like organic matter fluorescence intensity and the concentration of DOC (R2 = 0. 527 9 ). The ratio of fluores- cence intensities between protein-like and humic-like shows that the degree of pollution is the lightest in roof crevice water, and the degree of pollution is the most serious in rock crosscut mine water.
