管激发X射线荧光仪在金矿勘察中的应用

     

摘要

介绍了采用小型X射线管激发源、电制冷Si-PIN探测器及笔记本微机能谱分析等最新技术的高灵敏度野外X射线荧光分析系统。使用该系统在四川某金矿进行初步勘探应用研究。利用成矿组分中高品位元素As与Au的密切相关关系,采用X射线荧光测量在现场快速划定金矿靶区的范围,同时可以指导野外地质采样。%The fieldwork high-sensitivity X-ray fluorescence analysis (FXFA) adopting miniaturized X-ray tube, Si-PIN detector with peltier cooler and notebook PC spectrometry is presented in this paper. Using this system, the authors carried out a preliminary research of its application to some gold mine in Sichuan. According to the close relationship between the high-grade element arsenic and gold in ore-forming components, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry can be used to reveal the existence of potential gold mineralization in fields rapidly. This is of great significance in guiding the field geological collection.
