In the Cu-Ni-Pt deposit of the basic-ultrabasic rock ty pe of the Danba area, there exist various minerals with platinum group eleme nt. The deposit can be divided into three metallogenic epoches and four metallizin g phases by studying the characteristics of the ore texture and ore structure unde r a microscope. The platinoid minerals formed in the basic-ultrabasic magmatic activity stage.
