改进的酸压裂缝温度场模型及应用

         

摘要

A wide application of the high viscosity acid system challenges the traditional temperature field model. This paper studies and considers the effect of reaction heat to temperature distribution of crack. By adding the heat from acid-rock reaction to the fracture surface energy equation, combined with the continuity equation, energy conservation equation of fracture fluid, and the coupled solution of the energy equation of fracture surface, it programmes a corresponding computer program. It uses the cross-linked acid carrying sand acid fracturing in the Jingbian gas field to simulate and calculate the working wells, and validate that the model is convergent and reasonable. The simulation of the model more approaches to the realistic temperature distribution in the crack. This will have significant guiding meanings to the research of high viscosity of acid system and the field construction application.%高黏度酸液体系的广泛应用,对传统温度场模型提出挑战.作者的研究考虑了反应热对裂缝温度场分布的影响,将酸岩反应释放的热量添加到裂缝壁面能量方程中,并结合连续性方程、缝中流体能量守恒方程、裂缝壁面能量方程耦合求解,编制了相应的计算机程序,利用靖边气田交联酸携砂酸压施工井进行模拟计算,验证了模型收敛、合理.模型模拟成果更为接近实际情况下的裂缝温度场分布.
