深层水平井井眼净化技术浅析——以X10-1H井为例

摘要

探讨深层水平井钻井井眼净化问题.文章结合X10-1H井实际情况,分析了钻井液性能、井径扩大率、机械钻速、钻具转速、钻井液排量等对井眼净化的影响.提出优化钻具结构、合理调整钻井液性能、加强短程起下钻、选择合理的钻进方式和钻井速度以及研制破坏岩屑床的新工具新技术等井眼净化技术措施.%The problem on cleaning holes in the deep horizontal drillings is discussed in the paper. Combined with the actual situation of X10-1H, this paper analyses the influence of the drilling fluid's performance, the expansion rate of borehole, the mechanical rat, the advance rate of drilling rig and the delivery capacity of drilling fluid on cleaning holes. It proposes some new techniques to make cleaning holes, including optimizing drilling rig's structure, adjusting the performance of drilling fluid, reinforcing the trip in short distance, choosing the reasonable boring principle and the advance rate, and develops new tools to destroy cutting bed and so on.
