国外高技能人才培养经验及启示

摘要

This paper introduces the experience and practice of cultivation of highly skilled talents abroad from the aspects of vocational education mode,support of skilled talent innovation,construction of professional qualification certifi-cation system,and development strategy of highly skilled talents,and proposes the countermeasures for perfecting the cul-tivation of highly skilled talents in our country.%从职业教育模式、支持技能人才创新创业、职业资格认证体系建设以及高技能人才发展战略等四个方面宏观介绍国外高技能人才培养的经验和做法，并针对性地提出进一步完善我国高技能人才培养的对策建议。
