针对当前我国导游职业资格培养模式现状及突出问题，从考试制度、培训方式、师资建设等方面进行探讨，期望通过改革现行培养模式，培养出适应旅游市场全球化发展需求的高素质导游人才，保障旅游业健康发展。%This paper is aimed at the current situation and problems of China′s professional qualification training mod-el,and discusses these problems from the examination system,training methods,faculty construction and so on. By re-forming the current training model,we hope to cultivate high - quality tour guides to meet the needs of the market and en-sure the sound development of tourism.
