抗 HPV 蛋白敷料治疗 HPV 感染合并CIN Ⅰ期的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anti‐HPV protein dressings in the treatment of HPV infection with Phase‐Ⅰ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN Ⅰ) .Methods 62 patients with HPV infection combined with CIN Ⅰ were randomly divided into two groups ,which were the anti‐HPV protein dressings group (n=32) and the interferon suppository group (n=30) .The efficacy and safety of the treatment in the patients of the two groups were evaluated .Results Both the total effective rate and the negative rate of the anti‐HPV protein dressings group were significantly higher than those of the interferon suppository group respectively (P< 0.05) , and the viral load of non‐negative patients reduced more significantly in the anti‐HPV protein dressings group than in the interferon suppository group (P<0.05) .However ,there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05) .Conclusion The anti‐HPV protein dressings are effective and safe in the treatment of HPV infection with CIN Ⅰ .%目的：探讨抗 HPV 蛋白敷料治疗 HPV感染合并宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ期（CIN Ⅰ期）的临床疗效。方法62例 HPV感染合并CIN Ⅰ期患者，随机分为抗HPV蛋白敷料组（试验组，n＝32）和干扰素栓组（对照组， n＝30），对两组治疗效果及安全性进行评价。结果试验组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），且转阴率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组未转阴患者 HPV DNA病毒载量较对照组降低更明显（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论抗HPV蛋白敷料治疗HPV感染合并CIN Ⅰ期安全有效。
