目的 探讨皮损内注射重组人干扰素α-2b治疗儿童寻常疣的疗效及相应的护理措施.方法 采用重组人干扰素α-2b 100万 IU /支+利多卡因1 mL 稀释后进行寻常疣皮损内局部注射.每周注射1次,共注射4次,第5周观察皮损情况.治疗过程中完全消退停止注射,未消退者共注射4次,随访6个月.治疗中注意局部注射方法及治疗后的护理措施.结果 皮损内注射疗程结束后(第5周观察结果)痊愈率为76.5%,总有效率92.6%.6个月后随访结果: 痊愈率为82.5%.总有效率97.0%.治愈后无复发,无瘢痕,皮肤外观正常.结论 重组人干扰素α-2b皮损内注射治疗儿童寻常疣疗效显著,治愈后无复发,在其他方式疗效不佳或不宜时可选择;护理中良好的沟通及正确的护理措施使患儿依从性达100%.%Objective To investigate the curative effect of intralesional injection with interferon alpha-2b in the treatment of children′s verruca vulgaris and the corresponding nursing measures.Methods The intralesional injection was implemented once a week for 4 weeks with the recombinant human interferon alpha-2b 1 million IU/a and 1 ml lidocaine after dilution, and the skin lesion was observed on the 5th week.During the course of treatment, the injection stopped if verruca vulgaris faded and the injection was implemented 4 times if it didn′t.The follow-up lasted for 6 months.Much attention was paid to the method of local injection during treatment and the nursing measures after treatment.Results The cure rate was 76.5% and the overall effective rate was 92.6% after the treatment course of intralesional injection on the 5th week.The results of the 6-month follow-ups showed that the cure rate was 82.5% and the overall effective rate was 97.0%.There were no recurrences and scars and the skin looks normal.Conclusion The intralesional injection with the recombinant interferon alpha-2b is effective in treating children′s verruca vulgaris without recurrences, and it is an option when the other treatment is either ineffective or inappropriate.Good communication and proper care in the nursing care make children′s compliance up to 100%.
