四川省养老机构入住老年人满意度及相关因素研究

摘要

目的 调查四川省养老机构入住老人对所在养老机构管理与服务等方面的满意度现况,分析影响满意度现况的因素.方法 对四川省内21家养老机构的627名入住老年人进行问卷调查并分析.结果 日常生理需求、健康指导需求、沟通需求、娱乐休闲需求、社会归属需求、外界环境需求和自我实现需求7大主因与满意度相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).分组分析显示,年龄、教育程度、婚姻状态以及支付费用来源不同组的组内老年人满意度存在差别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 四川省养老机构管理水平有待提高,建议针对目前入住老年人人群特点与需求调整服务重点,提高其满意度.%Objective To find effective directions that improve the experience of the elderly living in elderly care institution in Sichuan by investigating the main influencing factors of their satisfaction level.Methods Self-designed questionnaire based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among 627 elderlies in 21 elderly care institutions in Sichuan Province.Results The 7 main influencing factors including the demand for daily care,health guide,comfortable communication with staff,recreational activities, sense of belonging,environment condition and self-actualization,were significantly correlated with the satisfaction level of the elderly(P<0.05).The subgroup analysis showed that the satisfaction was significantly different in age, education background,marital status and source of expenses(P<0.05).Conclusion Effort should be put forth on the seven main influencing factors when improving the experience of the elderly in elderly care institutions.
