热管技术在油田注汽锅炉上的研究与应用

         

摘要

热管换热器进行烟气余热回收后,换热器吸热与放热分属不同区间,处于烟气空间内介质,由原来20℃左右,被加热,使得换热器壁温升高到90℃以上,从根本上解决了常规换热器的低温腐蚀问题。%The paper focuses on the problems about the present waterinjection boiler with lots of heat discharged with flue gas,and finned tube in convection section is liable to cause dust deposit. It also presents a method with thermo-tube heat exchanger which can be used to recover flue gas's waste heat, and the waste injection boiler's flue temperature has decreased about by 70℃ ,heat efficiency inncreased by over 3. 5%and saved 700000 yuan' worth of fuel cost and 260000 yuan' worth of gas cost,after the recovery of the waste heat of flue gas, the problem of heat exchanger's corruption at a low temperature is completely solved.
