纵向衔接,横向沟通,贯通职业教育人才“立交桥”

摘要

目前,职业教育与普通教育的分块并行,没有形成较为完整的学历教育体系,影响着职业教育的发展。贯通职业教育学历＂立交桥＂,要从加强普高与中职、学术型本科与技术型本科的沟通,加强中职与高职的衔接,完善高职与技术型本科及研究生教育的衔接,实施学历教育与职后教育的沟通等方面入手。%At present,vocational education and general education parallel with each other without forming a comparatively complete education system,which influenced the development of vocational education.To build a flyover through the vocational education degree,we should strengthen the communication between common high schools and secondary vocational schools,undergraduate colleges and skill-oriented college.Besides,we should strengthen the link between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational schools.We should also improve the connection between higher vocational schools and technical undergraduate schools as well as the postgraduate schools.What＇s more,we should connect academic education with vocational education.
