建国初期毛泽东农民教育理论与实践研究

     

摘要

1949年中国人民站起来后,以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人进行对农民进行了轰轰烈烈的教育和改造。文章从农民教育的理论基础,历史依据,现实需求三方面考察建国初期农民教育的必要性,进而分析毛泽东农民教育理论与实践的目标和农民教育时代性的特征;思想政治教育的重要原则和灵活多样的教育内容三个特点,从而得出新时期农民教育的启示:摆在农民地位、维护农民利益是新时期农民教育的必要前提;加强党的领导、坚持思想教育是新时期农民教育的重要保证;与时俱进、以人为本是新时期农民教育的本质特征。%After the foundation of New China in 1949,peasants are educated and reformed by Chinese Communists represented by MAO Ze-dong.The article examines the necessity of education of peasants in the early days after the foundation of new China from three perspectives:the theoretical basis,the historical basis and the practical needs,and then analyzes its theoretical and practical objectives and epoch features,the important principles of ide-ological and political education and flexible educational contents to shed light on peasant education:giving a high position to peasants and protecting peasants′interests are the necessary prerequisite for good peasant education;strengthening the Communist Party′s leadership and the ideological education are important guarantee for peasant education;keeping pace with times and people-oriented are the essential characteristics of peasant education.
