铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、抑菌性能及循环伏安特性

             

摘要

The Cu (L— ile)2 (H2O) was synthesized from L—Isoleucine and Cupric acetate and structurally characterized by means of single—crystal X—ray diffraction. X—ray data revealed that the titled complex crystallized in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121. The Ligand, Compound and Cu (Ac)2 · H2O showed a certain antibacteriostatic property to Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtili and Escherichia codi using an agar diffusion antimicrobial text. The electrochemical properties of the compound were investigated by the cyclic voltammogram. The CV of Cu (L— ile)2 (H2O) demonstrated that there were quasi—reversible cathode and anodic peaks.%以L-异亮氨酸和Cu (Ac)2·H2O为原料合成了铜(Ⅱ)配合物[Cu (L-ile)2 (H2O)](L-ile=异亮氨酸根)并培养标物单晶.产物结构由X-射线单晶衍射确定.配合物属于正交晶系,空间群为P212121.采用琼脂扩散抑菌法测定了Cu(Ac)2·H2O,配体和配合物的抑菌性能,实验表明,Cu (Ac)2·H2O和配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢菌、大肠杆菌有一定的抑制作用,其中配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢菌的抑菌效果明显.同时对配合物进行了循环伏安特性研究.循环伏安图显示该配合物有一对准可逆的阴极峰和阳极峰.
