三元聚合物的甲烷水合物动力学抑制剂的制备及评价

         

摘要

用N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酰胺和α-甲基丙烯酸为单体合成了三元聚合物的动力学抑制剂P(NVP/MAH/AM)和P(NVP/MAH/MAA),并采用FT-IR和GPC等对其进行表征.考察了抑制剂的质量分数、反应初始压力、过冷度等对甲烷水合物生成过程的影响以及复配后的性能.结果表明:随着抑制剂质量分数的增加,诱导时间明显增加,与纯水体系相比未改变CH4耗气量,其中P(NVP/MAH/AM)的抑制性能优于P(NVP/MAH/MAA),质量分数为1.5×10-3的P(NVP/MAH/AM)诱导时间达到245min,其与热力学抑制剂复配后可进一步提高抑制性能,质量分数为1.5×10-3的P(NVP/MAH/AM)与1.0×10-1的乙二醇复配后使用时,诱导时间可达到900min.%P(NVP/MAH/AM)and P(NVP/MAH/MAA)which were kinetic inhibitors with terpoly-mer were synthetized using N-vinyl pyrrolidone,maleic anhydride,acrylamide andα-methacrylic aci-dand were characterized by FT-IR and GPC.The effects of inhibitor mass fraction,initial pressure and undercooling were researched for the formation process of CH4 hydrate.The compound performance of kinetic inhibitors was also evaluated.The results showed that induction time increase significantly along with inhibitor mass fraction increasing,but CH4 consumption was not changed.The inhibition a-bility of P (NVP/MAH/AM)was better than P (NVP/MAH/MAA),and the induction time was 245min for P(NVP/MAH/AM)aqueous solution with mass fraction of 1.5×10-3.The inhibiting properties can be further improved after the combination of kinetic inhibitors and thermodynamic in-hibitors.When P(NVP/MAH/AM)aqueous solution with mass fraction of 1.5×10-3 was mixed with glycol aqueous solution with mass fraction of 1.0×10-1 ,the induction time was 900min.
