联苯双醚型聚酰亚胺的合成与表征

         

摘要

A novel polyimide(PI) was synthesized from biphenylether dianhydride (BPEDA) and 4,4′-diamino diphenyl ether (ODA) in a strong polar solvent followed by a imidization at high temperature.The properties of the obtained PI were examined in this paper.The intrinsic viscosity of PAA was measured to be about 0.72dL/g.There were characteristic peaks around 1 780cm-1 and 1 380cm-1 tested by FTIR.The results showed that there existed aromatic imide groups in this polymer.The glass transition temperature and the thermal decomposition temperature in nitrogen(weight loss 5%) were determined to be about 232.1℃ and 527℃, which indicate that the PI has high thermal stability.The film formed by PI had the tensile strength 99MPa at room temperature.When it was steeped in 10% sodium hydroxide solution, the tensile strength remained 96%.The result also showed that the PI had excellent chemical stability.%以联苯双醚二酐(BPEDA)和4,4-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为原料,在强极性溶剂N,N′-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中缩聚,并经高温热环化制得一种联苯双醚型聚酰亚胺(PI).聚酰亚胺的性能表征结果表明:聚酰胺酸预聚体(PAA)的特性粘度为0.72dL/g;经红外光谱测定,PI在1 780cm-1和1 380cm-1附近观察到聚酰亚胺的特征峰;玻璃化温度为232.1℃;在氮气中5%的失重温度达527℃,有较好的耐热性能;将PI制成薄膜,室温下拉伸强度为99.0MPa,在10%NaOH溶液中浸泡24h后其拉伸强度保持96%,表明该结构聚酰亚胺具有良好的化学稳定性.
