双绕组无轴承开关磁阻电机有限元分析

             

摘要

双绕组无轴承开关磁阻电机为多变量、强耦合的非线性系统,建立准确的悬浮力数学模型是实现其稳定悬浮控制的关键。文章分析了双绕组无轴承开关磁阻电机结构和悬浮机理,推导了其径向悬浮力数学模型,采用Mawell 13.0建立了有限元分析模型,基于静态有限元法,分析径向悬浮力与绕组电流和转子位置角之间的关系,基于瞬态有限元法,计算电机发电绕组电压波形。%Double winding bearingless switched reluctance machine is a multi-variable,strong cou-pling,nonlinear system.The establishment of accurate suspension force mathematical model is the key to re-alize the stable suspension control.Based on the structure and suspension mechanism analysis of the double winding bearingless switched reluctance machine,the radial suspension force mathematical model was de-duced.Using Maxwell 13.0,the analysis model was established.The relationship between levitation force and winding currents and angles were calculated using the static analysis method.Based on the transient anal-ysis method,power winding voltage waveform is calculated.
