高校公寓文化的主题化和专业化特色探索——以常州机电职业技术学院为例

常州机电职业技术学院通过扩大公寓物质文化空间,加强制度文化建设,开展星级宿舍、雅室设计评比活动,大型主题教育活动与阶段性特色活动相结合,加强学生公寓党、团、社团等基层组织建设,抓好生活指导老师队伍和公寓学生干部队伍建设,着力探索和创新高校公寓文化的主题化和专业化特色。%By expanding the residence material culture space,strengthening the institutional culture construction,carrying out the activities such as Star Dormitory,Elegant Dormitory Design competition,Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology combines large-scale thematic education activities with phasic and characteristic activities to strengthen the construction of students’ party,Youth League,ssociations and other basic level organizations in dormitories,the construction of campus life guidance teaching staff and residence student cadre teams to explore and innovate the residence cultural themes and professional characteristics.
