引入ISO9000标准提升环卫作业企业管理质量

摘要

According to the requests of ISO9001 quality management system,combining with the city environmental sanitation career development requirement,the paper explains the necessity and feasibility of introducing ISO9001 quality management system;and puts forward some suggestions on the quality management planning,control,monitoring and improvement methods of environmental sanitation enterprises.%根据ISO9001质量管理体系要求,结合常州市环卫事业发展要求,阐释引入ISO9001质量管理体系并运用于环卫作业企业管理质量控制中的必要性和可行性,并提出环卫作业企业质量管理策划、控制、监测和改进的方法。
