拉曼光谱技术在农产品种植业中的应用与展望

摘要

拉曼光谱技术具有样品操作简便、操作时间短、无需样品处理等优点，可获得样品分子内部有关振动能级及振动频率的相关信息，且应用广泛。文章简述了拉曼光谱技术的分类、优缺点及应用领域，介绍了拉曼光谱技术在农产品种植业的最新应用及进展，并对该技术在农产品种植业今后的研究进行了展望。%With the merits of doing without sample pretreatment,short response time,easy operation, Raman Spectroscoper technique can acquire sample physical chemistry and the deep structre information.It has been widely applied in biomedicine,petrol chemistry,criminal justice, gemstone identification,forestry, agriculture , etc. With the development of laser technology, instrument science, spectroscopy ,Raman Spectroscoper is also relatively applied in agricultural farming. The paper describes the classification, advantages ,disadvantages, and application fields of Raman Spectroscopy technology,summarizes the latest application and progress of Raman Spectroscopy technology in agricultural farming,and prospects the study of the technology in agricultural farming in the future.
