PURPOSE:To present construction method of improved revetment for planting capable of natural environment conservation as well as enabling not only sheathing and planting but also improving stabilization of earth load. CONSTITUTION:Support pieces 2, 2' are protruded as a unitary body from the upper edge and the lower edge at the backside of concrete wall plate 1. In the same way, side supports 3, 3' are established at the both sides at the back of the plate 1. Connecting holes 4, 4' are made on the upper and the lower support pieces 2, 2' respectively, while at the rear edge of the upper and the lower support pieces 2, 2', concave gloove 5 and convex part 5' are provided. The concave gloove 5 and convex part 5' are to be fitted with one another of the adjoining blocks for piling up. At the front plate 1, group of holes 6 are provided in stages, while along the lower edge of each stage of holes 6, shelf 7 for planting is protruded. At the both sides of the plate 1, convex part 8 and concave gloove 9 are provided to be fitted with one another of the adjoining blocks for horizontal laying. A plurality of concrete revetment blocks for planting thus manufactured are laid securely vertically and horizontally on the normal plane, and planting is enabled by piling up earth 12 on the planting shelves 7.
