多齿差摆线泵内外转子的测量方法

This paper discusses the method for measuring dimensions of rotors in cycloidal pump with multi-tooth number difference, and derives the formulation for calculating the distance between the cylindrical rods. Based on the formulation, the deviation of tooth thickness can be controlled.%讨论了多齿差摆线齿轮泵内外转子的测量方法，推导了圆棒测量跨距的计算公式。通过实例计算和作图验证了此方法的正确性。应用量棒跨距值可以对转子的齿厚误差进行控制，为提高多齿差摆线泵的内外转子的制造精度提供了理论依据。
