多效唑对中国水仙的矮化效应及机理研究

摘要

In this paper,different concentrations with different treat time of paclobutrazol were used on Narcissus tazetta var.Chinensis. The result showed all treatments of Paclobutrazol had dwarfing effect at different degrees;leaf length,leaf width and pedicle height de-creased compared with control;content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were higher than the control;initial bloom-ing time delayed,flower number increased,the florescence CAT,SOD and POD was prolonged at different degrees compared with con-trol.%在不同处理时间及不同浓度多效唑的条件下，对中国水仙进行矮化处理。结果表明：不同时间、不同浓度的多效唑处理对水仙叶片、叶宽和花葶高度均起到了一定的抑制作用，花朵数增加，始花时间延迟，花期长度延长；叶片浓绿，叶绿素 a、叶绿素 b、总叶绿素、CAT、SOD、POD 含量不同程度增加。
