工业4.0背景下金融类专业改革对装备制造业发展的作用探析

摘要

通过文献研究、专家访谈等方式,构建了2015年中国工业4.0背景下装备制造企业发展的五大关键影响因素(即:企业外部环境、企业内部环境、客户资信风险、企业内控因素和评估因素)指标体系.然后,通过问卷调查法获取相关数据,并运用SPSS17.0和LISERL8.70等对有效问卷数据进行了效度、信度分析,构建结构方程模型,确定了权重指标体系.在此基础上分析影响装备制造业转型发展的成因,探究其发展的必然趋势,确立了主动适应装备制造业发展、进行金融类专业改革的基本思路.%After having read large sums of documents and done several interviews with experts, we concludes five main influencing factors to equipment manufacturing industry in 2015, which include enterprise external environment, enterprise internal environment, client capital-credit risk, enterprise inner control system and evaluation system.Meanwhile, questionnaires are collected and analyzed.After validity and reliability analysis by SPSS17.0 and LISERL8.70, we establish the structural equation model and the indicator system.On the basis of all those studies, this paper gives reasons that influence the development of the industry and shows the irresistible developing trend.In the end, it concludes some ideas on the reformation of the financial major to adapt the development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
