当代美国意识形态治理及其对我国的启示

摘要

“意识形态治理”是指或归属或依附于一定社会统治阶级的治理主体，运用正式和非正式制度以及多样治理方式整合意识形态领域内外资源，通力协作的为实现共同目标的动态过程。当代美国意识形态治理的基本方略：保持国家核心价值稳定性和灵活性的统一；整合国家全方位各领域主体构筑治理合力；注重治理手段的隐蔽性、渗透性和法治性；运用资本和技术力量为治理工作保驾护航。对我国意识形态治理的启示：推动我国主流意识形态不断与时俱进；构建我国社会主义意识形态治理模式；夯实舆论阵地、建强宣传思想工作队伍；顺应世界潮流加强网络意识形态治理。%“Ideological governance”is a dynamic process,the governance body that belongs to and attaches to a certain ruling class of society integrates the resources inside and outside ideological field by using formal and informal system and diverse governance-man-ners,that work together to achieve the common goal.Basic strategies of contemporary American ideological governance include maintaining the national core values stability and flexibility;integrating all areas of the body to build a comprehensive national gov-ernance together;focusing on governance means'concealment,permeability and nomocracy;using capital and technology to promote the ideological governance.Enlightenments for the Chinese ideological governance include promoting socialist ideology to keep pace with times;building the Chinese socialist ideological governance model;reinforcing the public opinion positions and ideological work team;following the world trend to strengthen the network's ideological governance.
