Taking the new scientific view of new obj ectivism and its social knowledge opinion as a starting point,this paper regards scientific activities,including science communication,as a kind of social cognitive process,which aims at reconstructing the theoretical basis for the heterogeneity of science communication.It regards the contents of sci-ence communication as social knowledge which can be recognized and applied,and from social epistemology and social knowledge dimension analysis obj ectivity connotation and formation mechanism are further explored.What's more,in the view of new obj ectivity researches on middle model,reflective review and meta-strategy in science communication have been represented,to establish the science communication theory on the basis of general obj ectivity which may combine social value and cognitive value with obj ectivity and impartiality.%文章以新客观主义及其社会性知识观这一新的科学观为切入点,将包括科学传播在内的科学活动视为一种社会认识过程,重构面向异质性科学传播实践的理论基础,将科学传播的内容看作可认识与可运用的社会性的知识,从社会认识论和社会性知识的维度剖析客观性内涵与生成机制,进而在新客观主义的视野中展开科学传播的中层模型研究、科学传播的反观性研究和科学传播的元策略研究,使科学传播的理论得以建立在可能融贯社会价值与认知价值、兼具客观性与公正性的广义客观性之上。
