飞机客舱塑料装饰件损坏的常见原因及处理方法

飞机客舱装饰件大部分为塑料件,安装及使用不当极易造成损坏,装饰件损坏后无法修理,只能更换。通过对塑料装饰件的内应力、挤压应力开裂、环境应力开裂、人为因素损坏的分析,找出装饰件损坏的主要原因,提出相应的解决办法,延长塑料装饰件的使用寿命。%Since most of the aircraft cabin decorative parts are plastic, an improper installation and use easily causess the damage, and also the damage parts cannot be repaired , but only replaced. This article, through the analysis of decorative plastic parts＂ extrusion stress, stress cracking, environmental stress cracking, damage due to human factors, finds out the main causes of the damage of decorative parts, proposes solutions so as to extend the service life of the plastic decorative parts.
