湘绿2号、湘绿3号是湖南农业大学园艺园林学院利用自交不亲和系培育的2个新品系，本试验以圣绿为对照品种，对3个品种的植株形态（株高、开展度等）、花球特性（花球质量、花球直径等）和花球的营养品质（蛋白质、可溶性糖、维生素C等的含量）等进行了比较，试验结果表明，湘绿2号产量最高，为576 kg/667 m2，湘绿2号、湘绿3号蛋白质含量较高，3个品种维生素C含量差别不显著。综合比较，湘绿2号品种较优。%Xianglv No.2 and Xianglv No.3 are two new broccoli strains breed from self-incompatible lines by Horticulture and Garden College of Hunan Agricultural University. In the paper, we took broccoli cultivar Shenglv as control, and studied the three cultivars' morphological characteristics (plant height, breadth, etc.), characteristics of flower head (weight and diameter) and nutritional quality of flower head (the contents of protein, soluble sugar, vitamin C, etc.). The results showed that Xinaglv No.2 possessed the highest yield of 576 kg/667 m2, and the protein contents of Xianglv No.2 and Xianglv No.3 were higher than that of control, while their vitamin C contents had not significant difference with that of control. In conclusion, Xianglv No.2 was more excellent than the other two.
